Parents of the couple are Jerry and Shelia Hart and Johnny and Kay Smith, all of Benton.

Maid of honor was Julia Mosebach of Benton. Bridesmaids were Svenja Posdziech of Gelsenkirchen, Germany, and Kelsey Hart of Benton, sisters of the bride; and Beth Pease of Benton, sister-in-law of the groom.

Devin Plassman of Benton was best man. Groomsmen were Taylor Smith and Drew Pease, brothers of the groom, and Trey Crader, all of Benton. Usher was Tobias Rumann of Gelsenkirchen.

Flower girls were Kiera Alexander and Lydia Mayberry. Ringbearers were Christopher Worley and Jaden Pease. Kiera is the daughter of Kris and Melanie Alexander of Diehlstadt, Mo. Lydia is the daughter of David and Hillary Mayberry of Puxico, Mo. Christopher and Jaden are sons of Drew and Beth Pease of Benton and nephews of the groom.

The reception was held at the home of the groom.

Mrs. Smith is a 2013 graduate of Kelly High School. She is employed by J.C. Penney in Cape Girardeau.

The groom is a 2012 home school graduate, and a 2013 graduate of Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center. He is employed at Boomland in Benton, and is a volunteer firefighter with NBC Fire Department in Benton.

The couple resides in Benton.
