The bride is the daughter of Karl and Julie Harrison of Paducah, Ky., and the late Donald Green.
The groom is the son of Sheryl Thurman of Cape Girardeau, and the late James L. Thurman.

The reception was held Aug. 25 at Four Rivers Center in Paducah.
Mrs. Thurman received a bachelor of science degree in human resources from Murray State University. She is vice president of human resources for Harrah's Entertainment in St. Louis.
The groom received a bachelor of science degree in architectural engineering from Kansas State University. He is a mechanical engineer with Johnson Controls Inc. in Milwaukee, Wis.
After a wedding trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple resides in St. Louis.
