Jaimi Kegan Ford and Daniel John Grimm were married Aug. 4, 2001, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Daniel R. Schulte performed the double ring ceremony. Readers were Lisa Hanewinkel and Laura Steigerwald of St. Louis, cousins of the groom; and Julie Hoffman of Cape Girardeau.
The bride is the daughter of Carla Ford and Carl and Lori Wenskay of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of James and Carol Grimm of St. Louis.
Ashli Rowland of Cape Girardeau was her sister's matron of honor. Bridesmaids were April Wenskay, sister of the bride, and Janine Starnes of Cape Girardeau, Shanna Dickerson of Jackson, Mo., and Sarah Culbertson of Cape Girardeau. Junior bridesmaids were Arielle and Kristen Rowland, daughters of Scott and Ashli Rowland and nieces of the bride.
Best man was Timothy Kappler of St. Louis. Groomsmen were Richard Haws, Christopher Casey and Shawn Long of Cape Girardeau, and Nicolas Matulewic of St. Louis. Ushers were Robert Grimm of St. Louis, brother of the groom, and Jacob Cruzen of Cape Girardeau.
Flower girl was Claire Rowland, daughter of Kurt and Beth Rowland of St. Louis. Ringbearers were John Grimm, nephew of the groom, and John Seabaugh, son of the bride. John Grimm is the son of Robert and Jennifer Grimm of St. Louis.
Ronda Harrington of St. Louis, cousin of the bride, was guest book attendant.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Bavarian Halle. Servers were Barbara Sides of Jackson, aunt of the bride, and Ronda Harrington.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner Aug. 3 at Celebrations.
The bride is a 1999 graduate of Jackson High School. She is employed at Check Please.
The groom is a 1988 graduate of Mehlville High School, and received a bachelor's degree in administration from Southeast Missouri State University in 1993. He is owner of Jeremiah's Lounge.
The couple resides in Cape Girardeau.
