CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Dikota Danielle Flanigan and Joshua Thomas Ruedrich were united in marriage Aug. 14, 2010, at Church on the Rock in Sikeston, Mo. The Rev. John Ruedrich, father of the groom, performed the ceremony. Also participating were the Rev. Tom Godwin, grandfather of the groom, and the Rev. Stephen Niswonger.
The bride is the daughter of Wayne and Debbie Flanigan of Chaffee. The groom is the son of John and Sarah Ruedrich of Chaffee.
Maids of honor were Makaila Flanigan, sister of the bride, and Kristen Ruedrich, sister of the groom, both of Chaffee. Bridesmaids were Amber Draffen of Kentucky, cousin of the bride, and Paula Eftink of Oran, Mo.
John Ruedrich II, brother of the groom, and Kevin Klipfel, uncle of the bride, both of Chaffee, were best men. Groomsmen were Devin Moore of Sikeston and Kelan Watkins of Bell City, Mo. Ushers were Sam Godwin of Cape Girardeau, uncle of the groom; Thomas Coram of Oran; and Jeff Klipfel of Chaffee, uncle of the bride.
Miniature bride was Kya Baker, daughter of Jeremy and Monica Baker of Benton, Mo., and cousin of the bride. Miniature groom was Briceton Randol, son of Josh and Gina Randol of Chaffee.
Candlelighters were Emma Baker and Dalton Flanigan. Emma is the daughter of Doug and Devina Baker. Dalton is the brother of the bride.
Flower girls were Ashley Vent and Emaliegh Ruedrich, and ring bearer was Skyler Vent. Ashley and Skyler are children of Nathan and Regina Vent of Morehouse, Mo., and cousins of the bride. Emaliegh is the daughter of James and Brittany Ruedrich of Sikeston and cousin of the groom.
The reception was held at the church.
Mrs. Ruedrich is a 2010 graduate of Chaffee High School, and is attending Southeast Missouri State University. She is employed at McDonald's in Benton.
The groom is a 2007 graduate of New Life Academy in Oran. He is self-employed.
After a wedding trip to St. Louis, the couple is residing in Chaffee.
