Heather Renee Fisher and Travis William Sargent were married June 19, 2004, at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Arcadia, Calif. The Rev. Roger Sonnenberg performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Rex and Peggy Fisher of Glendora, Calif. The groom is the son of the Rev. William E. Sargent of Lowndes, Mo., and the late Mary Sue Sargent.
Maid of honor was Heather Ross of Azusa, Calif. Bridesmaids were Heather Overton of New Orleans, Renee Cameron of Redlands, Calif., Cecelia Neal of Cherry Valley, Calif., Melissa Mello of El Cajon, Calif., and Kim Lu of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. Junior bridesmaid was Kelli Sargent of Ironton, Mo., niece of the groom.
Chad Lutes of Silva, Mo., was best man. Groomsmen were Matthew Looney of Danville, Ill., Jerry Broshuis of Jackson, Thad Wilson of Fredericktown, Mo., Doyle Duncan of Silva, and Jake Fisher of Rancho Cucamonga, brother of the bride. Junior groomsman was Todd Stueve of Fontana, Calif., cousin of the bride.
Candlelighters and guest book attendants were Ranin A Zubi of Sacramento, Calif., and Hazel Lim of Glendale, Calif.
Flower girls were Randi and Samantha Sargent, nieces of the groom. Randi is the daughter of Russ and Karen Sargent of Ironton. Samantha is the daughter of Mike and Cindy Sargent of O'Fallon, Mo.
The reception was held at the Holiday Inn in Monrovia, Calif.
The groom's father hosted the rehearsal dinner June 18 at Dominico's in Arcadia.
Mrs. Sargent is a 1996 graduate of Glendora High School, received a bachelor's degree from the University of Redlands in 2000, and a master's degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., in 2002. She is employed by the Federal Department of Justice.
The groom is a 1994 graduate of Greenville High School in Greenville, Mo. He received a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from Southeast Missouri State University in 1998, and is a 1998 graduate of Southeast's Law Enforcement Academy. He is a deputy with Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
The couple is residing in Stafford, Va.
