Karrie Lynn Filer and Stephen Matthew Zschille exchanged wedding vows Feb. 5, 2005, at Emanuel United Church of Christ in Jackson. The Rev. Samuel Roethemeyer performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Bruce and Mary Hager of Frohna, Mo., and the late Brad Filer. The groom is the son of Steve and Kathy Zschille of Sedgewickville, Mo., and Bob and Debi Brown of Jackson.
Matrons of honor were Julie Fluchel of Glenallen, Mo., sister of the bride, and Leah Hottes of Jackson. Bridesmaids were Cassie Eaker of Grassy, Mo.; Krystal Filer of Jackson, sister of the bride; Christi Peters of Webster Groves, Mo., sister of the groom; and Krissy Loenneke of Jackson.
The groom chose Gabe Estes of Booneville, Mo., and David Jiminez of San Diego, Calif., as best men. Groomsmen were Dustin Jones of Patton, Mo., stepbrother of the groom; Jeremy Loenneke of Jackson, cousin of the groom; Keith Peters of Webster Groves, brother-in-law of the groom; and Ben Loenneke of Jackson, cousin of the groom. Ushers were Joe Fluchel of Glenallen, brother-in-law of the bride; Josh Birk of Jackson; Michael Dowd of Glenallen; Lucas and Cody Hager of Frohna, brothers of the bride.
Miniature bride was Alyson Fluchel, daughter of Joe and Julie Fluchel and niece of the bride.
Flower girl was Lauren Fluchel, daughter of Joe and Julie Fluchel and niece of the bride. Ringbearer was Tucker Deck, son of Johnathan and Becky Deck of Glenallen and nephew of the groom.
Brittney Beussink of Cape Girardeau attended the guest book.
The reception and dance was held at the Elks Lodge in Jackson. Servers were Nona Copeland of Madison, Ala., aunt of the bride, and Cheryl Dowd of Glenallen.
The bride and groom hosted the rehearsal dinner Feb. 4 at the Elks Lodge.
Mrs. Zschille is a 2001 graduate of Woodland High School. She expects to receive a bachelor of science degree in recreation from Southeast Missouri State University in December. She is employed at the university.
The groom is a 1999 graduate of Jackson High School. He is majoring in electronics and computer technology at Southeast. He is employed by Accent Security Alarms.
After a wedding trip to Aruba, the couple is residing in Jackson.
