Jamie Christine Dunlap and Justin Roy Wages were married June 9, 2007, at Bethel Assembly of God Church. The Rev. Phil Roop performed the ceremony. Organist was Jamin Schippers and soloist was the Rev. Troy Truitt, both of Cape Girardeau.
The bride is the daughter of David and Mary Dunlap of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Marilyn Wages of Jackson and Clayton Wages of Heyburn, Idaho.
Maid of honor was Lacey Neal of Cape Girardeau. Bridesmaids were Amanda Singleton of Jackson; Aysha Hency of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride; and Jessica Wages of Jackson, sister of the groom.
Chris Davis of Hiawassee, Ga., was best man. Groomsmen were Taylor Shefley, Tyler Davis, and Alex Dunlap, brother of the bride, all of Cape Girardeau. Ushers were Josh Parker of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride; Brandon McCormick of Sikeston, Mo.; Trent Davis of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the groom; and Rich Miller of Jackson.
Candlelighters were Shayna and Sheyanne Hency, cousins of the bride.
Flower girl was Kaylee Singleton, daughter of Amanda Singleton of Jackson. Ringbearer was Jared Miller, son of Rich and Tammi Miller.
Guest book attendants were Shelby Hency, cousin of the bride, and Grace Goodpasture, goddaughter of the bride.
The reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson.
The groom's mother and Kathy Johnson hosted the rehearsal dinner June 8 at the church.
Mrs. Wages is a 2004 graduate of Jackson High School. She is a dental assistant at Bennett Family Dentistry.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Jackson High School. He is a sales specialist at Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse.
The couple resides in Jackson.
