Marie Lucille Deckard and Jerome David Kluesner were married July 5, 2014, at Cape County Park. Matt Peters performed the ceremony.
Gail and Carol Deckard of Pocahontas are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of David and Dolly Kluesner of Chaffee, Missouri.
The bride was presented in marriage by her father.
Maid of honor was Casey Cox of Cape Girardeau. Bridesmaids were Samantha Kluesner of Chaffee, sister of the groom; Carol Deckard, mother of the bride; and Julia Williams of Jackson, niece of the bride.
Wade Sanders of Chaffee served as best man. Groomsmen were Tim Landewee, cousin of the groom, and Garrett Pepple, both of Chaffee; and Jeffrey Williams of Pocahontas, nephew of the bride.
Flower girl was Elizabeth Deckard, daughter of the bride. Ringbearer was Dierks Simmons, son of Samantha Kluesner and Matt Peters and nephew of the groom.
A dinner and dance reception was held at the American Legion Hall in Jackson.
Marie is employed at Capetown in Cape Girardeau.
Jerome is employed at Havco and is a specialist with Missouri National Guard 1138th Engineer Battalion.
The couple lives in Pocahontas.
