Kacie Crites and Peyton Sims were married March 30, 2013, at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas, Nev. The Rev. Richard Walters performed the ceremony. Scripture was read by Kaitlin Crites of Denver, Colo., sister of the bride.

The bride is the daughter of Alan and Dixie Crites of Jackson. The groom is the son of Pat and Gayle Gorham of Jackson and Ronnie Sims of Caruthersville, Mo.

Maid of honor was Courtney Crites of Denver, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Kaitlin Crites; Denae Nagel of Jackson, and Audrey Fish of St. Louis.

Scott Stewart of Ocean Springs, Miss., cousin of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Andy Kohl of Cape Girardeau, Seth Harrell of Sikeston, Mo., Brett McDowell and Chad Pulley of Cape Girardeau.

A dinner and dance reception was held at the resort.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner March 29 at the resort.

Mrs. Sims is a 2002 graduate of Jackson High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Southeast Missouri State University, and expects to receive a master's degree in nursing leadership from the University of Colorado-Denver in May 2014. She is a registered nurse at the University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora.

Sims is a 2002 graduate of Jackson High School. He received a degree in finance from Southeast. He is a margins analyst with Charles Schwab in Englewood, Colo.

The couple is residing in Denver.
