Teri Marie Carr and Adam Paul Ralls were married May 10, 2008, at St. Mary's Cathedral. The Rev. Thomas Kiefer performed the ceremony. Lectors were Judy Griffaw of Cape Girardeau, godmother and great-aunt of the bride; Cindy Rawlins of Blacksburg, Va., godmother and aunt of the groom; and Julie Duenne of Benton, Mo.
Pianist was Leann Hendrix and violinist was Liesl Schoenberger, both of Cape Girardeau. Vocalist was Renee Reinagel of Kelso, Mo.
The bride is the daughter of Theresea Carr of Cape Girardeau and Tom Carr of Madisonville, Ky. The groom is the son of Harry and Candy Ralls of Cape Girardeau.
Maids of honor were Lani and Pati Carr of Cape Girardeau, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Kasie Ralls of Blacksburg, sister-in-law of the groom; Mandi Medlin of Jackson; and Alexis Ralls of Cape Girardeau, sister of the groom.
Andrew Ralls of Blacksburg was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Grant Medlin, Kyle Radake and Ben Pierce, all of Cape Girardeau; and Ryan Lutes of Scott City, cousin of the bride. Ushers were Eric Lutes of Scott City and David Derousse of Fruitland, cousins of the bride; Daniel Ralls of Anna, Ill., and Matthew Freeman of East Cape Girardeau, Ill., cousins of the groom.
Candlelighters were Layne Burner of Cape Girardeau and Tracie Seib of St. Louis.
Flower girl was Karsynne Livingston, daughter of Chris and Becky Livingston of East Cape Girardeau and cousin of the groom. Ringbearer was Jude Sumner, son of Susie Sumner of Cape Girardeau.
Program attendants were John Lutes Jr., Layla and Ellie Sumner. John is the son of John and Tammy Lutes of Cape Girardeau and cousin of the bride. Layla and Ellie are daughters of Susie Sumner.
A dinner and dance reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner May 9 at Port Cape.
Mrs. Ralls is a 2002 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School. She received a bachelor's degree in speech therapy from Southeast Missouri State University in 2007. She is a senior assistant manager at Charlotte Russe.
The groom is a 2002 graduate of Notre Dame. He received a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Southeast in 2006. He is concession manager at Wehrenberg Theatres.
The couple is residing in Cape Girardeau.
