Jessica Lee Brethold and Jack Weslen Oliver were united in marriage June 21, 2008, at Alexander County Freewill Baptist Church. The Rev. Ernest Brown performed the ceremony. Pianist was Lindsey Chubboy of Cape Girardeau.
The bride is the daughter of Phillip and Susan Brethold of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Russel and Larinda Garrison of Tamms, Ill.
Matron of honor was Crystal Myers of Olive Branch, Ill.
David McCrite of Cape Girardeau was best man. Ushers were Cory Brethold, brother of the bride, and Scott Miracle, both of Cape Girardeau.
Audrey McCrite attended the guest book.
The reception was held in the church reception hall. Servers were Sarah Ressel, Suzanne Vanderfeen, and Amanda Hobbs.
The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner June 20 at the church reception hall.
Mrs. Oliver is a 2004 graduate of Central High School. She expects to receive an associate of applied science degree from Metro Business College in September.
Oliver is a 2002 graduate of Egyptian High School.
After a wedding trip to Paducah, Ky., the couple is residing in Olive Branch.
