Below-Kinder

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Rebecca Jean Below and Shawn Wesley Kinder were united in marriage Oct. 7, 2006, at First Baptist Church in Delta. Eric Hodge, Vester Keesee and Don Leggett performed the ceremony. Pianist was Debra Hess and soloist was Erika Beasley.

The bride is the daughter of Sam Below of Delta and Loretta Below of Chaffee. The groom is the son of Wesley and Teresa Kinder of Randles.

Maid of honor was Andrea Dohogne of Delta. Bridesmaids were Scarlett Dittlinger of Benton, Mo., sister of the bride; Danae Davis of Cape Girardeau; Jody Blattel of Whitewater, cousin of the bride; Kourtney Hagan of Chaffee; Mandy Bollinger of Dexter, Mo., and Rachel Hardin of Texarkana, Ark., cousins of the groom.

Lance Kinder of Randles was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Garrett Debrock of St. Louis; Josh Leible of Texarkana, Texas, cousin of the groom; Kenny Gaebler of Whitewater; Mark Hicks of Chaffee, uncle of the bride; Samuel Below of Scott City, brother of the bride; and Tyson Moyers of Chaffee. Ushers were Dustin Hicks of Chaffee and Cody Crowden of Jackson, cousins of the bride; Jacob Bollinger of Dexter, cousin of the groom; and Brian Horrell of Chaffee.

Miniature bride and groom were Alexandria Grace and Tristan Hicks of Chaffee, cousins of the bride.

Candlelighters were Mamie Cooper of Chaffee and Olivia Blann of Texarkana, Ark., cousins of the groom.

Flower girls were Bailey and Molly Below of Bloomfield, Mo., and Sydney Dittlinger of Benton, nieces of the bride; Lainey Leible of Texarkana, Texas, and Laykin Hardin of Texarkana, Ark., cousins of the groom. Ringbearer was Garrett Hardin of Texarkana, Ark., cousin of the groom.

Guest book attendants were Rebecca Cook of Bolivar, Mo., and Katrina Flores of Texas.

The reception was held at the Eagles Lodge in Cape Girardeau. Servers were Jade Below of Sikeston, Mo., and Kaitlyn McFerron of Chaffee, cousins of the bride; and Kristin Fritsche of Perryville, Mo.

The rehearsal dinner was held Oct. 6 at the church.

Mrs. Kinder is a 2003 graduate of Delta High School. She expects to receive a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Southeast Missouri State University in December 2007. She will begin employment with J. Baer and Associates in Jackson in January 2007.

The groom is a 1998 graduate of Delta High School. He received an associate of arts degree from East Central Junior College in St. Louis, attended Emporia State University in Emporia, Kan., and received a bachelor of science degree in education from Southeast. He is boys basketball head coach and physical education teacher with Delta School District.

The couple lives in Oran.
