Beckley-Goetz

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Kristen Beckley and Kevin Goetz were married June 21, 2003, at First United Methodist Church in Sparta, Ill. The Rev. Tom Corum performed the ceremony. Pianist was Debbie Bernardoni, and vocalists were Beth Sherman and Chad Berendzen.

Frank and Sharon Beckley of Sparta are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Larry and Vickie Goetz of Chaffee.

The bride was presented in marriage by her parents.

Maid of honor was Traci Beckley, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Jen Flaherty; Erika Smith; Amy Richter, sister of the groom; Tanya Navapant; and Kristen Duncan.

Ryan Goetz was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Greg Schuster; Andy Wilhite; Matt Richter, brother-in-law of the groom; Brad Meyr, cousin of the groom; and Dave Mirly. Ushers were Eddie Wagoner; Mike Cuniff; Brian Schlichting, cousin of the groom; and Jim Smith, uncle of the bride.

Flower girl was Mikaila Smith, cousin of the bride.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at the VFW Hall in Sparta.

The wedding trip was to Antigua.

The couple plans to be traveling nurses.
