BENTON, Mo. -- Jennifer Dyan Barnett and Glenn Paul Glueck were married May 10, 2008, in a sunset ceremony at Navarre Beach, Fla. Guitarist was Bill Scott, uncle of the bride, and soloist was Delain Scott, cousin of the bride, both of Poplar Bluff, Mo.
Parents of the couple are Robert and Connie Barnett of Benton, and Larry and Paula Glueck of Chaffee, Mo.
Maid of honor was Cheryl Barnett of Benton, sister of the bride, and matron of honor was Megan Van Pelt of Chaffee. Bridesmaids were Angie Ruiz of Chaffee and Kelly Ressel of Scott City, sisters of the groom; Nicole Kern of St. Louis, Marissa Johnson of Gordonville, Lauren Wilson and Veronica Conley of St. Louis, and Allison Burger of Scott City. Bridgett Riley of Tempe, Ariz., was honorary bridesmaid, and Billy Hoskins of Jackson was the bride's special attendant. Miniature bridesmaid was Lexi Burnett, daughter of Jason and Kelly Ressel and niece of the groom.
Billy Van Pelt of Chaffee was best man. Groomsmen were Steve Thomas of Benton, cousin of the groom; Jeremy Ruiz of Chaffee and Jason Ressel of Scott City, brothers-in-law of the groom; Chris Seyer of Benton, Matt Stroup of Chaffee, Perry Rice of Rolla, Mo., Brandon Hillemann of Scott City, Marc Sadler, Blaine Swinford and Andrew Horrell, all of Chaffee. Sgt. Clint Clover of Raeford, N.C., was honorary groomsman.
Miniature bride was Harley Glueck, daughter of the bride and groom.
Ringbearer was Seger Ruiz, son of Jeremy and Angie Ruiz and nephew of the groom.
Seashell girls were Halle Ressel and Brianna Thomas. Halle is the daughter of Jason and Kelly Ressel and niece of the groom. Brianna is the daughter of Steve Thomas and Cheryl Barnett and niece of the bride.
A dinner and dance reception was held May 17 at Chaffee Ladies Auxiliary Hall.
Mrs. Glueck is a 2001 graduate of Kelly High School. She is employed with Wachovia Securities in Cape Girardeau.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Chaffee High School. He is employed with Fronabarger Concreters.
The couple is residing in New Hamburg, Mo.
