Tammie Leigh Bailey and Matthew David Crowe exchanged vows March 22, 2003, at Grace Fellowship Church in Marble Hill, Mo. Rick Owsley performed the ceremony. Soloist was Lindsey Whitehouse of Marble Hill.

The bride is the daughter of Rick and Robby Bailey of Millersville. The groom is the son of Randy and Carol Crowe of Owensville, Mo.

Maid of honor was Samantha Brown of Cape Girardeau. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Phillips of Arnold, Mo., Leah Kuhlman of St. Charles, Mo., Shannon Bigman of Olive Branch, Ill., and Sarah Crocker of Rosebud, Mo.

Jason Crowe of Owensville was his brother's best man. Groomsmen were Jason Hollandsworth, Curtis Weinrich, Jacob Eiler and John Brune, all of Owensville. Ushers were Nathan Kitchen, Benjamin Ellis and Bert Bollinger, all of Owensville.

Candlelighters were Crystal Lane of Perryville, Mo., sister of the bride, and Grant Stockton of Owensville.

Flower girl was Sierra Ross, daughter of Mike and Rhonda Ross of Jackson. Ringbearer was Austin Crowe, son of Dave and Pam Crowe of St. Louis and cousin of the groom.

Sarah Neely of Marble Hill, cousin of the bride, attended the guest book.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Southeast Missouri State University Center Ballroom.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner March 21 at the church family worship center.

Mrs. Crowe is a graduate of Mountain View High School in El Paso, Texas, and is majoring in mass communications at Southeast University. She is employed by AMF Billiard in Bland.

The groom is a graduate of Owensville High School. He is a graduate of Central Missouri State University where he majored in social studies and education, and is pursuing a master's degree in Christian counseling at Covenant Presbyterian Seminary in Creve Coeur, Mo. He is minister at Zion Evangelical Church of Bland.

The couple is residing in Bland.
