Amanda Suzanne Abner and Robert Theodore Holzum were married Oct. 5, 2013, at Immaculate Conception Church in Jackson. The Rev. John Harth performed the ceremony. Vocalist was Mallory Brown of Bell City, Mo., cousin of the bride. Pianist was Jerry Daniel of Jackson.
The bride is the daughter of Tim and Kandy Abner of Marble Hill, Mo. The groom is the son of Ted and Vicki Holzum of Jackson.
Maid of honor was Kandice Abner of Marble Hill, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Mallory Dames and Whitney Abner of Bell City, cousins of the bride; Kayleigh Abner of Poplar Bluff, Mo., sister-in-law of the bride; Shelly Meier of Jackson, sister of the groom; Jessica Vandeven of Leopold, Mo.; and Julia Callow of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride.
Greg Ludwig of Jackson was best man. Groomsmen were Scott Seabaugh and Ryan Asher of Jackson; Timmy Abner of Marble Hill, brother of the bride; Ben Meier of Jackson, brother-in-law of the groom; James Thompson of Jackson; and Reece Callow of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride. Ushers were Bob Priggel, cousin of the bride; Matt Callow, uncle of the bride; Joey Brindley, all of Oran, Mo.; and Dustin Hoesli of Leopold, cousin of the groom.
Flower girl was Zhoey Abner, daughter of Timmy and Kayleigh Abner and niece of the bride. Ringbearer was Jansen Booth, son of Kyle and Laura Booth of Jackson and cousin of the groom.
The reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson.
The rehearsal dinner was held Oct. 4 at the church hall.
Mrs. Holzum is a graduate of Woodland High School and Trendsetters. She is employed at Concepts Styling Salon.
The groom is a graduate of Jackson High School. He is employed by Standley Batch Systems Inc.
Following a wedding trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple is residing in Jackson.
