If the weather is nice, students and parents gather outside on blankets and picnic in style. Parent Coordinator, Kathy Childers, organizes the event on behalf of the faculty. This has become a favorite activity of the Millersville students. Millersville teachers value the activity for the added emphasis toward literacy and parent involvement.
