Twenty four thousand children a day die from hunger. That's right! TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND!!!

What if this was happening in the United States? Why should we care less simply because this is happening in other countries? I say we shouldn't care less. We should be horrified and we should be asking what we can do to stop this.

We should be asking questions. What can we do to help? What can we do to save childrens' lives? I have four children. I cannot imagine having to be afraid that they may DIE of STARVATION. Think of your own children, your grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbors. Now imagine if they died of starvation. It seems unfathomable to us because we live in the United States, but it is a harsh reality in other countries and we in the United States are blessed enough to be able to help STOP THIS.

I have had the privilege of volunteering with Feed My Starving Children before and will be doing so again this December. Please check out the link below and consider donating a little bit of your time to really make a difference in the lives of children this holiday season. How often do you have a chance to save a life? This is your chance.
