On Saturday, February 28, at 6 pm, the Got Hope Relay for Life Team will host its second annual Trivia Night. The event will be held at the Fellowship Hall of St. Andrew's Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau, across from Arena Park. Doors open at 5:30 pm and the competition starts at 6 pm. Teams may consist of up to eight members, and the cost is $10 per person. If you don't have enough to fill a table, feel free to come on out anyway, and you can make some new friends, have some fun, and support a good cause, all at the same time.
The friendly competition will consist of 10 rounds of 10 questions each. There will be prizes for the winning team, as well as $2-off coupons to Wings, Etc. for the first 25 people to arrive. In addition to the trivia competition, there will be a silent auction available. Items include a Memory Foam pillow, a gift certificate from Patrick's Furniture, 3-D Lashes, Origami Owl, a hand-made duck call, and gift cards from many local restaurants.
We invite you to join us in this smoke-free environment for an evening of fun. Bring your own snacks and beverages, but no alcohol please. This is a great opportunity to see how much useless information your brain holds, to challenge your friends, coworkers, and rival businesses, and to put your heads together for a great cause! All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society, funding research to find cures for cancer and to support patients in the local area.
For more information or to register a team, you can call Pris at 450-0551 or Claire at 334-5685. We hope to see you there!
