What is your best 5K time after turning 50?

I don't keep track of my 5k's. 22- something.

What is the race/time you’re most proud of since turning 50?

Since turning 50, my second best PR at the Chickamauga Battlefield Marathon in Georgia last year at 3:47.

What’s the longest distance you’ve ever run since turning 50?

36 miles, but that was with a 12 hour rest in between two 18 mile runs. 32 miles in one run at the Aslinger Endurance Run.

What’s your favorite local route to run?

Probably a tie between the Osage Trail and the trail at Klaus Park.

The thing I enjoy most about running is:

Appreciating the blessing of health and the ability to be so physically active and capable, here in the "late afternoon" of life! Also being able to share it with others, and encouraging people to give it a try!
