Brian Phillips instructed participants in a fun afternoon of creating dinosaur models at the Bollinger County Museum of Natural History in Marble Hill on Saturday, September 27, 2014. The program was a part of the museum's annual Smithsonian Museum Day activities.
Mr. Phillips brought some of his finished dinosaur models to show the participants what you can create at home. All gathered around the tables and Mr. Phillips demonstrated the process of creating dinosaurs. The participants began to explore the techniques as Mr. Phillips supervised and gave suggestions on how to create parts of the dinosaur anatomy.
Participants took their finished dinosaurs home to bake in the oven before painting their models.
