The Dog Won Party

"The Dog Won Party" was held at the Bayou Bar & Grill in Pocahontas in June, in honor of Bandit the German Shepherd. Friends and family got together to celebrate that Bandit is a winner in life. He is a Hurricane Katrina survivor, has been thru heartworm treatment, and other bumps in life that has been handed to him. With t-shirts sales and donations, it was possible to make a $150 donation to the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri. It just shows that it doesn't take much to make a difference, and help other dogs and cats be winners too.
