Such beautiful music came from this group that came to receive Dulcimer lessons on July 18th given by Rosemary Oxley at the Red House Interpretive Center in downtown Cape Girardeau. A Dulcimer is a old time mountain music fretted string instrument that was very popular in the 1700 and 1800's and is native to the Appalachian region of the United States.
