SOTO Expands into New Market

David E. Soto of SOTO Property Solutions announced the signing of two contracts to manage several properties in the greater St. Louis area. "These two contracts are just the start of our planned growth in the St. Louis market" says Soto. "Our goal was to set up infrastructure using today's technology to allow us to go beyond the Cape Girardeau area. Being internet based allows us to operate here in Cape Girardeau and use local resource for hands on task in geographies beyond our physical reach." Prior to these contracts, SOTO managed properties from Perryville to Dexter. "We're not done growing" Adds Soto, "we are currently seeking additional experienced real estate sales people to help with future growth."
