What makes you the most qualified candidate for this position?

I have been a resident of Scott City for over 40 years. I have owned my own business for 28 years and employ 25 people.

My experience in business, along with my experience as Mayor for the past 16 years, makes me the most qualified to continue the great projects Scott City has planned.

The trust I've built with our citizens and those in the surrounding counties is imperative to our prosperous future.

What is the most important issue facing Scott City, and how will you address it?

These are some of the projects we have planned. I would like to serve as Mayor for another term to get these projects accomplished.

1) EPA/DWR mandatory upgrade of our existing lagoon.

2) Improve existing sewers and reduce infiltration.

3) Amphitheater

4) Acquire grant and construct Community Center

5) Improve sidewalks throughout town.

6) Improve drainage and control flash flooding.

7) Install new auto-read water meters.
