Scott City FCCLA Participates in Regional STAR Events

Members of Scott City FCCLA competed in Regional STAR Events, February 1 on the campus of Southeast Missouri State University. Receiving Gold recognition in the senior category were Brooke Dohogne and Chelsea Phillips for their Interior Design project, Morgan Brendel, Jenna Cummins, and Courtney Bles for Illustrated Talk, Missy Thomas for her Promote and Publicize FCCLA project, and Ashley Kennedy for her Early Childhood project. In the junior category, Rebecca Burger also received Gold in Illustrated Talk. In March, they will compete during the FCCLA State Leadership Conference held in Columbia.
