Robert Bower

I am helping my husband find his father I believe Robert bower might be his father ; Lola Leaa born Lola Kellick born 4/ 02 /1936 in erie pa went to academy high school in Erie pa. Gave birth to Lou; Lou still doesn't know his real last name when he was one year old Lola changed Lou and her last name to Leaa a surname she made up Lou recently tried obtaining his birth certificate for his union pension and Lola refuses to give him his fathers name to get it . Lou would like to know if he has brothers and sisters and know who his father was . Everyone deserves to know where they came from.
