REZOUND! HANDBELL ENSEMBLE
TO PERFORM AT GRACE UNITED METHODIST
Rezound!, Kansas City’s auditioned community handbell ensemble, will be in concert at Grace United Methodist in Cape Girardeau on Saturday, June 18, at 7 p.m. This special engagement is the kick off concert for the ensemble’s 2016 Tour to Ring in the Land of Lincoln.
In addition to a year-round concert schedule in the Kansas City region, Rezound! has performed with the Kansas City Symphony and Symphony Chorus and other metro ensembles and choirs. This June, Rezound! will be the featured performance at the opening banquet of the Handbell Musicians of America Area 8 Festival – Ring in the Land of Lincoln – in Springfield, Illinois.
The group performs a wide range of musical styles, from classical and sacred to folk tunes and original compositions, with a lively and unique sound that integrates a variety of handbell instrumentation.
