Registration for summer camps at Fitness Plus is now open. Weekly sessions run Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, beginning May 18 and ending August 7, for children ages 6-12. Kids Plus childcare services are available each day until 6 pm.

This year will be "A Summer of Magical Adventure" as children join in an "Amazing Race" while learning about various countries. They will participate in activities for fun, physical fitness and learning, all while enjoying summer vacation. Field trips related to the adventure theme are also planned.

All camp sessions have limited space, so parents are encouraged to register early to ensure a spot. Families will receive a discount for additional children enrolled, with bundle prices available.

Fitness Plus is the cornerstone of Saint Francis Medical Center's Health and Wellness Center, a medically integrated facility combining fitness, wellness and rehabilitation in one convenient location. Members have access to highly trained staff, the most up-to-date fitness equipment and classes, an aquatics area with four pools, the region's largest indoor track, and comfortable surroundings with amenities to meet all of their fitness and wellness needs. Fitness Plus is also an excellent transition for Saint Francis patients completing cardiac, pulmonary, physical and/or occupational rehabilitation to continue their workout activities.
