Photo Contest for Parks and Recreation in Cape

The Parks and Recreation Department wants you to submit your best pictures from your experiences with our parks and other recreation activities in Cape Girardeau. Submit your best images at the link below and you could see your photos in the next Parks and Recreation promotion or guide distributed to Southeast Missourian newspaper subscribers and several area locations. The best submissions can earn prizes, announced mid-month.
