What do you see as the county commission's role in economic development in Perry County?

I believe there roll is to see that the county runs smoothly. Not so much bring new jobs or business to the county but try to grow the ones we already have and make them better.

What are the major challenges facing Perry County?

A big major challenge facing Perry county right now is the court house and sheriffs office needing millions of dollars in repairs and renovations without costing the residents a bunch of money.

What in your background or education makes you qualified to be Perry County commissioner?

My background in farming I believes make me the most qualified for the position. I have built many of roads to hold up to equipment and also worker with budgets in finding ways to save money, and working with others on deal making and problem solving. Also I have been attending commissioner meetings on a steady bases so I know what the rolls and routine on a daily bases is.
