Oak Ridge teen donates hair in memory of young friend
Bailey Seabaugh, 14 of Daisy Mo is a student and Cadet Girl Scout in troop 64049 at Oak Ridge Schools. After allowing her hair to grow for over 2 years she recently went to Great Clips in Cape Girardeau where Vanna cut over 10 inches of her hair. Bailey is donating the 2 tresses to Locks of Love in memory of Abby Jensen formerly of Oak Ridge who passed away at the age of 5 from DIPG a form of pediatric brain tumor...
