Ms. Health and Fitness 2019

hi! i am from jackson/ cape area and i need my hometowns help. i was hand selected to compete in a nationwide competition for Ms. Health and Fitness 2019. this is strictly vote based. if i win i will get a 2 page article in Muscle and Fitness HERS and of course my hometown would be mentioned.
