SEMO Student Santas has received $5000 from Ronald McDonald House Charities to support its Christmas Toy Drive. The program helps families in need, not just with children's toys, but clothing, baby supplies, food, etc.the organization gave away 8,000 toys in 2010. They are a non-profit organization that collects donated toys and donated money to be able to give presents to those unfortunate families/kids who otherwise would have very little on Christmas morning...

RMHC supports non-profit childrens' programs in the areas of education, health and social well-being, and the cultural arts. The local chapter awarded over $240,000 in grants to projects in the tri-state area in 2010.

All donations can be made payable to Student Santas at PO Box 641, Cape Girardeau, MO 63702. Donations can also be dropped off at Prompt Care in Jackson, and in Cape at My Daddy's Cheesecake or Innovative Orthodontics. If you know of someone in need, please write the Student Santas a letter giving child's age and gender.
