The Student Santas from Southeast Missouri State University has received a grant in the amount of $3500 from Ronald McDonald House Charities to support their Christmas for children program. They will enable almost 3000 children to enjoy gifts and a Christmas meal that would not happen without the efforts of this group.
RMHC supports non-profit childrens' programs in the areas of education, health and social well-being, and the cultural arts. The local chapter awarded over $250,000 in grants to projects in the tri-state area in 2012.
