McDonald's of Jackson recently hosted a DisAbility Awareness Night on Monday, Oct. 3, 2011. Melaina's Magical Playland received a percentage of profits from sales totaling more than $1600. This night was part of the Jackson R-2 Schools DisAbility Awareness Week. Melaina Cunningham and Friends Park Fund has been raising money to build the area's first, public all-inclusive/accessible playground to be located in Cape County Park North.
