Loos family reunion held

All eight children of Bertilla and William Loos of Jackson gathered for a family reunion Sept. 16 through 18. In attendance were Bill and Mary Loos (Cape Girardeau); Jack Loos (Michigan); Sally Loos and J. E. Deevers (Cape Girardeau); George and Joan Loos (California); Dick and Margie Loos (Cape Girardeau); Carol Loos and Pete Clark (Kentucky); Jerry Loos (Illinois); and Kathleen Loos Crabdree (St. Louis). There also were 26 nieces and nephews of the Loos siblings.

A get together was held Friday night at the casino, a picnic was held Saturday at Jackson City Park with 47 in attendance and the group went on Sunday to Old St. Vincent's Church in Cape Girardeau where their mother attended for years.
