Local cylist become 2010 State Champion
Tiffiney Smith of Jackson become a State Champion July 31. She won the 2010 Missouri State Time Trial Championship held in Jefferson City, MO. Tiffiney rode 25 miles in one hour and eleven minuites She averaged 20.967 miles per hour.
