Dodie Eisenhauer chosen to display work at major Art Show in Little Rock Arkansas

Dodie Eisenhauer of Daisy, Missouri was chosen to be one of a select group of guest artists to show their work at the 31st Annual Arkansas Craft Guild's Christmas Showcase. The Showcase is the oldest juried show of art and fine crafts in Arkansas. This year the event will be held December 4,5, and 6 at the Statehouse Convention Center in downtown Little Rock.

Eisenhauer was recognized for her outstanding workmanship in the metal art medium. She has been working in wire and wire mesh for 20 years.

Eisenhauer and other heritage and contemporary artists and crafts persons will attend this exclusive show which features unique handcrafted gifts including jewelry, glass, photography, carved and turned wood, decorative and functional pottery, handwoven clothing and accessories, furniture, candles, metal sculpture, paintings, and bath and spa products created by over 100 artisans. The show is sponsored by the Arkansas Craft Guild, a statewide crafts cooperative which has upheld high standards of design, quality and fine craftsmanship for over 40 years.

This unique holiday event offers shoppers an opportunity to purchase one of a kind gifts in all price ranges directly from these creative artists and enjoy musical entertainment by Charlie Mink, a dulcimer player from Mountain View with a distinctive finger picking style. Show hours are Friday, December 4th, 10 am to 8 pm; Saturday, December 5th, 10 am to 6 pm; and Sunday, December 6th, 10 am to 4 pm. Admission is $5.00 at the door.
