Kelly Kindergarten Screening

Dates Set for Kindergarten 2017-2018

Screening will be held Monday, March 20st and Tuesday, March 21th from 8:30-3:00 in the elementary library. Parents can call the Elementary Office at 545-3541 to schedule an appointment.

Parents need to bring the child’s shot record, birth certificate, social security number, proof of residency (ex.-electric bill), and parent’s photo ID to the screening. To be eligible, your child must be five before August 1, 2017. Children need to be present at the screening.

KELLY 4-YEAR OLD PRESCHOOL PROGRAM Screening

The Scott County R-IV Kelly School District will be screening for the 4-year old Preschool Program for the 2017 – 2018 school year. Children must be 4 before August 1, 2017 to be eligible.

The screening will be conducted on Monday, March 20 and Tuesday, March 21, 2015 from 8:30a.m. – 3:00 p.m. in the Elementary Library. Your child will be evaluated to determine if they qualify for the program. A birth certificate, shot record, social security number, proof of residency, and parent’s photo ID are needed at the screening. Screenings will take 1 to 1 ½ hours.
