Jackson Winter Farmers Market

---What and when?

An end of the year Farmer's Market featuring seasonally available produce, farm products, baked goods, and homemade crafts that runs each Saturday from 9:00 am to Noon from October 9th to December 18th.

---Where?

The First Presbyterian Church parking lot in downtown Jackson with inside facilities for inclement weather

---Why?

--Because local is better! By supporting local growers and craftspeople, we're supporting our own community! More money stays here in the Jackson area to work, rather than going into big corporation bank accounts.

--Because local is fresher! It doesn't get any fresher than neighborly folks bringing good things out of their gardens, ovens, and barns from a radius of less than sixty miles from Jackson.

--Because local is more fun! We'll be having holiday games and prizes for the kids, informative classes and demonstrations for the adults.
