On Thursday, November 20, members from the Jackson High school chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America left Jackson to head to New Orleans for the National Fall Leadership Conference.
The members were gone for four days. They left November 20 and returned November 23. Seven members went to New Orleans for the trip. Members went to workshops, presentations, and participated in a dance sponsored by FBLA. They also got to explore New Orleans and went to the Jazz Museum, French Quarter, got to go on a ferryboat tour, and many other things while they were there.
Chapter webmaster Lynden Sides said, "It was amazing and I had a lot of fun. It was great to get a chance to tour New Orleans and listen to professionals talk about the different topics."
