A Troop 5 Eagle Scout Court of Honor was held, Sunday, November 16th at the VFW Post 3838 in Cape Girardeau to honor Eagle Scout Gavin Brown. Gavin's family and friends where present to see him awarded the highest rank of The Boys Scouts of America by his Scout Master Joe Wolsey.
