Franklin Elementary receives state recognition

State education officials recognized Franklin for successful implementation of Schoolwide Positive Behavior Support, a comprehensive approach for improving student behavior and academic performance. The Summer Training Institute was sponsored by Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the University of Missouri Center for Schoolwide Positive Behavior Support.
