Four Cape CTC Students to national competition

Four students from the Cape Career and Technology Center qualified for the National SkillsUSA Competition to be held in Kansas City, MO in June. The four qualifying students are Devin Hayden & Brodrick Twiggs, Audio/Radio Production; Randy Horne, Food & Beverage Service; and Gabe Cox, Medical Math. SkillsUSA is a national organization serving high school and college students and professional members enrolled in training programs in technical, skilled, and service occupations, including health occupations in high schools and college/technical schools. CTC Director Rich Payne said, "We are extremely proud of these students and their instructors. Competitions like these help establish students on paths to successful professional careers." The advisors who will be escorting the students to the national competition are Randy McWilson and Dennis Cain.
