Former SEMO student receives award

Dr. Michael Moeder, formerly of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, recently received the Fulton School of Liberal Arts award for excellence in teaching at Salisbury University in Salisbury, Maryland. Moeder has been a member of the Communication Arts department at Salisbury University since 2001 and teaches courses in mass media analysis and broadcast writing. Moeder received a Bachelor of English Education degree and a Master of Arts degree in English from Southeast Missouri State University. He received his doctorate degree in Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
