Flanagan to perform with All-District Jazz Band

Matthew Flanagan, senior at Cape Central High School, has been selected to perform with the Southeast Missouri All-District Jazz Band at the Tinnin Fine Arts Center on the campus of Three Rivers Community College on February 18. Guest clinician for this year's All-District Band is Kris Berg, educator, performer and composer. Flanagan is pictured with CHS Instrumental Instructor Josh LaMar, who also directs the CHS Jazz Band. In the photo below, Flanagan plays with the CHS Jazz Band during their recent performance at the Cape Girardeau Public School Foundation's annual "Penguin Party" fund raiser at the Cape Girardeau Country Club.
