Finger Painting Class with Cape Parks & Rec

The Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department invites all children 3-5 years of age to participate in some fun finger painting! On March 8 children will learn about colors and how to create shapes while painting. Registration fees are $8 for residents and $9 for non-residents.
