2011 Autumn Open 4-Person Scramble
Enter your team now for the 2011 Autumn Open 4-Person Scramble at the Cape Jaycee Municipal Golf Course on Saturday, Sept. 17, hosted by the Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department.
Mens, womens, and mixed teams are welcome, with tournament play beginning at 8 a.m. Top finishers in four flights will receive cash prizes. Persons with the longest drive, longest putt, and closest to the pin on Par 3 holes will receive prizes. Skins and mulligans are available.
Registration is limited to 40 teams, and entry and cart fees must be prepaid by 5 p.m. on Sept. 14. Entry fees are $160 per team, $12 per person for rental carts, and $10 for private carts. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Entry forms are available at the Cape Jaycee Municipal Golf Course and A. C. Brase Arena.
2011 Senior 2-Man Scramble
Join the Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department for the 2011 Senior 2-Man Scramble on Friday, Sept. 30. Two men teams, ages 60 and over, are encouraged to register now.
Tournament check in will begin at 7 a.m., and play begins at 8 a.m. Teams ages 60-69 will use the white tees; ages 70 and up use the forward tees. Cash prizes are awarded to the first three places in four flights, depending on the number of entries. Additional awards will be given to the longest drive, longest putt, and closest to the pin in both age groups.
Registration and entry fees must be prepaid by Monday, Sept. 26, at 5 p.m. Tournament fees are $80 per team including greens fees, carts and lunch. Entry forms are available at the Cape Jaycee Municipal Golf Course and A. C. Brase Arena.
