In the photo above, Mark Cook, left, principal at Jefferson Elementary, 520 S. Minnesota, discusses enrolment statistics with Busch, center, and Lynch, right. Jefferson, built in 1957, currently enrolls 318 students in grades K through 4. The journalists also visited Alma Schrader, Clippard and Blanchard elementary schools.
